Q. Do I need to sign up or fill out any forms?
A. No, simply go to here and complete the online contribution page.
Q. Are there any restrictions regarding when or how often I use the Online Giving Service to make a contribution?
A. No, you can make a contribution as often and anytime you like.Q. Is this for Tithes only or can I make contributions to other ministries within the church.
A. You can designate contributions to any of the ministries supported by the church. You will find a Comments window at the bottom of the screen and this is where you will declare where you want your offering designated to. You will see pre-defined in the Comments window Tithes, Missions, Building Fund and Other so you can list out amounts for any and all of your designations.
Q. What if I am already using the AOS service, can I still use the Online Giving Service.
A. Yes, you can make additional contribution above your automatic withdrawal. Or if you choose to use the Online Giving service instead of AOS, simply fill out the bottom portion of a new Automatic Offering Services form turn it back in and it will be implemented as soon as possible. Note: Please wait for confirmation before making your established contributions with the online giving.
Q. Is the Online Giving service safe to use?
A. Online Giving is secure. To verify it is secure look for a Locked Padlock in the lower left-hand corner of your web browser when on the ECHOPAY screen. If you do not see the Locked Padlock, simply change the "http" to "https" in the browser address bar and then look for the Locked Padlock.
Q. In the Comments window I only see Tithes and Missions listed, how do I see other designations?
A. Use the scroll arrows on the right side of the Comments window to scroll down and you will see Building Fund and Other. To return to the top use the up arrow to scroll up.
Q. Can I save my personal data on the screen so I don’t have to fill out the form each time I want to give?
A. No, there is not a save option at this time to store your personal information.
Q. Can I use a credit or debit card instead of debiting my checking or savings account?
A. At this time the only option is a direct debit to you bank account.
Q. Do I have to enter a check number or my driver’s license number?
A. It is not necessary to enter either a check or driver’s license number but you should not delete the example numbers pre-populated otherwise the transaction will not submit successfully.
