DR. JARED PINGLETON Jared is a licensed psychologist and a licensed minister. He has 29 years of professional clinical experience and specializes in the integration of Biblical Christianity and Psychology. He now is on staff with Gary Smalley at the National Institute of Marriage in Branson, Mo. Dr. Pingleton earned M.A. and Psy. D. degrees in Clinical Psychology from Rosemead School of Psychology - Biola University, an M.A. in Counseling from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a B.S. from Evangel University. He also studied theology at the Assemblies of God, Talbot and Fuller Theological Seminaries. Jared has been published extensively in professional journals and co-authored a book, Christian Perspectives in Human Development and holds clinical memberships in several professional organizations. An accomplished speaker and teacher, he has co-hosted and/or has been featured on several television and radio programs, made numerous presentations at national conferences, conducted frequent workshops and seminars and taught courses on mental health and relationship topics from a Biblical perspective for four Christian colleges. Prior to serving clients in private practice at Midwest Christian Counseling Center in Kansas City, Missouri for 22 years, Dr. Pingleton was co-founder and executive director of First Family Church Counseling Center in Whittier, California.
